The Helpline is a special internal communications system that technologically guarantees anonymity and information security.

From the outset, the Redwhistle Helpline does not leave any information on the user and the IP address is not collected. It is much safer because the anonymous reports are plaintext encrypted and processed by distributing to multiple overseas servers.
